Hi there! I am so happy you’re here!

My name is Ericka Mobley, and I am excited to announce my certification and practice as an integrative health coach. I discovered health coaching following my return to university when I decided my path was no longer fitting my true needs and desires. After recognizing this as an attainable healthcare career, I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and completed my certification in March 2026. As the founder and owner of Growing Weeds Holistic Wellness, I am here to serve you. For those who believe health extends beyond Western medicine and who have tried nearly everything, I am here for you. I believe you are the hero of your health and wellness, and I’m here to guide you with the knowledge and tools to get there. You are your hero- simple as that! Let’s help you step into the champion you already are.

More about Growing Weeds and me- your coach ;)

In April 2024, I wrote and published my first poetry book, she grows weeds with her words, which remains the foundation and inspiration for Growing Weeds Holistic Wellness. Poetry became my refuge as I navigated womanhood in an unforgiving world. I wrote from my deepest feelings as I navigated grief, love, and the enlightenment that came with the unfolding of my soul. I’m thrilled to share this book with you and hope it sparks your own journey of self-discovery. Most of all, I hope you enjoy!
